Cancellation Policy
Mirii Yanan Consultancy – Service Terms & Conditions Booking & Confirmation All services, including consultancy, cultural awareness training, workshops, and advisory services, must be confirmed in writing. A booking is secured once a confirmation email and/or invoice has been issued. Deposits A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure bookings for workshops, training sessions, or large projects. No dates will be held without a confirmed deposit (where applicable). Payment Terms Full payment is required prior to delivery of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. For ongoing consultancy or larger projects, staged payments may be arranged. Late payments may incur a late fee. Cancellations & Rescheduling 7+ days notice: Clients may reschedule without penalty (subject to availability). Less than 7 days notice: A cancellation fee of up to 50% may apply. Within 48 hours or non-attendance: Full fee may be charged. Mirii Yanan Consultancy reserves the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notice provided. Travel & Additional Costs Where services require travel outside the local area, additional costs (e.g. travel, accommodation, meals) may be included and agreed upon in advance. Cultural Integrity & Respect Mirii Yanan Consultancy delivers services grounded in cultural knowledge, respect, and community values. Clients are expected to: Engage respectfully Support a culturally safe environment Acknowledge that content is culturally informed and not to be misused or reproduced without permission Intellectual Property All materials, resources, and content provided remain the intellectual property of Mirii Yanan Consultancy unless otherwise agreed. Materials are not to be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written consent. Liability Mirii Yanan Consultancy provides services in good faith and with professional care. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services. Confidentiality All client information shared during consultancy or training will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed without consent, unless required by law. Agreement to Terms By engaging Mirii Yanan Consultancy services, clients agree to these terms and conditions. Right to Refuse Service: Mirii Yanan Consultancy reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services where there is a breach of cultural respect, safety, or professional conduct.
